Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Wigglekind online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
Store use
You may use the store only for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with the store, misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the store for fraudulent activity.
Product information and availability
We work to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen colors and natural product materials can vary. Cats also have different play preferences, and we do not guarantee that every cat will engage with a particular toy.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, address problems, or unavailable stock. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount will be returned to the original payment method.
One-time Play Pack purchase
The Play Pack costs $17.99 for one 16-piece pack, with US shipping included. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Some toy forms repeat within the pack.
One payment. One pack. No automatic repeat orders.
Safe product use
The Play Pack is intended for supervised play. Inspect the toys before and after use, put wand and string toys away afterward, and remove loose or damaged pieces. Cats have different play preferences.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
Store text, branding, graphics, and original presentation belong to Wigglekind or are used with permission. They may not be copied or commercially reused without authorization.
Third-party services
The store can rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, shipping, and fulfillment. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing. Wigglekind is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss where exclusion is permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms and store policies when operations or legal requirements change. The version posted on the store applies from its stated effective date.
